I'm familiar with them, but in my case they're a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. I bleed brakes by pulling a vacuum thru the line with a vacuum pump at the caliper. As long as the reservoirs don't run dry it's impossible to screw it up.

They seem like a cool solution. One thing I like about having my Mightyvac, though, is that it works for all my vehicles; I don't need to get new valves for all the fittings on all of them. Further, the vac is useful for all sorts of applications.

Send them an e-mail and ask:

The SB8125L usually fits most small Hondas. I haven't ordered them for the CB500X yet, so I will be interested in what they say in response to your e-mail.

The process of using Speed Bleeders is no different than the process used with a (much more useful) vacuum bleeder. The only difference is that you pump the brake handle vs. pumping the vacuum handle.

You will attach a hose connecting the bleeder to a reservoir bank in both cases. You will open the bleeder and keep it open in both cases. You will pump until fluid is clean and bubble-less in both cases. You will then close the bleeder in both cases.

For 6 years now I've had the same $30 hand-powered vacuum bleeder. Along with @Natrix, I like that it can be used on my truck, car, bike, as well as other bikes, friends' vehicles, family vehicles, off-roaders and anything else with hydraulic brakes.

I'm a heavy hitter for tools that are useful among multiple applications.
