I ordered a couple oem fenders from hondaparts-direct (they're cheap!) and I'm going to try making one myself. I spent some time studying the lines on the stock fender and I think cutting it down and shaping it with fiberglass should be (relatively speaking) easyish.

Edit: Still interested in one I can just buy and not have to go through the trouble though
Did you ever get to do this ?

finally got an answer from the guy doing the tailtidy.
two models as in the photos attached.
if there is a group buy, i can help. but one by one, i dont have time. a lot busy nowadays.
I would be interested in the one with the lights and plate bracket. The cops around my place would have a blast pulling me over for the integrated system. No way would that fly here. :( I just got back from Thailand a month ago--should have just gotten it then huh? ;)

You got one! :hellobye

Now let's see some pictures of it installed :thumbsup

:beers
I have it at a friends garage right now but im hoping to get to workin on it during thanksgiving break or around Christmas time when i have a few days off work (cause i got all my Targa stuff in also ). But i really appreciate you going thru the time and trouble of hookin me up :spin

I've been endlessly searching for a "real" tail tidy and this finally looks like a solution! I am down for one without a license plate bracket and lights. Please let there be a group buy, or i'll buy it straight up!

Has anybody had any luck getting one of these kits from the guys over in Bangkok?? I tried getting a hold of them thru Facebook with no luck. They didn't respond to my purchase inquiry. I would pay good money for one of those fender eliminators!

I've tried to contact him on Facebook as well to no avail. I'll continue to search online though... I definitely want to do one of the integrated tail light kits.

Can someone tell me how much a Finnish 200mm (length) x 165mm (width) plate would cover of the R&G no-cut fender eliminator?
Honda CBR500R/CB500F/CB500X ('13-) - Tail Tidy Licence Plate Holder LP0141BK

I'm keen on buying the kit to get rid of the stock snowshovel, but I can't tell how the plate fits on the kit. There shouldn't be any problems? i'm mostly worried if the length of the plate isnt enough and the plate holder would show too much under the plate.
Or any else options instead of that R&G, preferably in Europe?

....so I took off the bracket the tag is bolted to and cut a few inches off the plastic, the tag then bolts to the holes the bracket was attached to:

before/after/removed
This is good lol
I was so desperate for a cleaner look I even did it myself.
Finally got that fender delete from Bangkok. Part actually looks pretty solid (I was kinda expecting some cheap piece of way overpriced plastic).

I expect tonight I will have time to figure out how to install it. Needless to say in case you guys don't already know; this is likely a permanent mod. i.e. There will be no going back to stock after you mod your bike to fit the part from Bangkok. You will not only have to cut the subframe, but also your brake light apparently and another piece of plastic where the stock fender meets the underside of your bike.

I did the same. A huge improvement in appearance for just a little work.
I retained the side reflectors though. It looks like you added two mini side reflectors to the license plate. What did you use?

It looks like he used this:

It might sound like a big job, but has anyone tried fitting the 2016 tail onto a 2015? If that works, then you can use this:
