Hello forum! I just bought my wife a 2013 500r as her second bike, and we are in the process of reconditioning and familiarizing with the bike. The PO had replaced the turn signals and chopped out the original connectors. Not only this but he just soldered and taped the new signals in. So, I want to buy the factory connectors, and solder them back up, cause that's how I roll. So, does anyone know the correct part to use? Or, could someone photograph their connectors for me? So far I've narrowed it down to one of these:

Here's a bike pic just because.

Looking at the Honda OEM parts drawing, it is not clear to me that the cut-off main harness connectors are sold separately by Honda. Check this out yourself.

eBay has used wiring harnesses for sale. salvage connectors from them. I expect the 500R and 500F use the same turn signal connector.

When you buy new factory turn signals, or used on eBay, see if their connectors have a molded-in part number. With luck you can buy the mating connector half from a connector supply house.

The majority of the connectors on our machines are Sumitomo ones. I don't know exactly which ones are fitted to the indicator circuits, but would be interested to find out because I want to add a warning buzzer to my bike and want to do so by making up a plug-in "interruptor" harness so I don't have to tamper with any of the original wiring. Like you, it's "how I roll", and solder/tape just doesn't cut it unless it's the only possible course of action!
