From your video it looks like it dropped to something like 10.8 volts as you started it.
That is low.
Meaning again battery in question, or maybe starter drawing to much.

Hi all, everyone loves a thread with a resolution so here we go....
Turns out it was the neutral switch.
Since my last post it's started on the button every time as long as I pulled the clutch in (kick stand down), if I ever forgot the clutch it usually wouldn't start.
Anyway.... Finally had time at the weekend so I changed the neutral switch for another, although this one I have tightened into the body more. Maybe it's the switch (they look identical) or maybe the extra quarter turn made the difference but it now starts on the button kick stand down without the clutch being pulled.
At least she also got treated to a new battery
