I recently bought a slip on exhaust for my 2017 CBR500R. The stock gasket wouldn't fit. Does any one know where I could go with the inner and outer diameter sizes to get one that will fit?

The slip on may not require a gasket. Mine didn’t. Is it loose fitting without one or is it a snug fit that will seal once clamped?

once I had it on there and all clamped down there was a leak. I looked at the mid pipe I ordered and it turns out to be for a 13-15 bike rather than my 17.

A thin piece of shim stock wrapped around the header pipe will allow the muffler to fit properly. I did this to my 2017 F model when fitting an aftermarket muffler. Even a strip from a tin can will work or your local auto parts store should have shim stock.

This stuff worked really well for me - a paste that you use during assembly:
