Riding down the Great Saint Bernard Pass on the Honda cbr500r
This was part of a 4 day ride from Amsterdam to the Great Saint Bernard Pass in the alps that goes over the border of Switzerland to Italy.
I only had one day of free riding and this was my first time riding in the mountains for me.
My hotel "Great St Bernard Hospice" was right on the top of the mountain pass and this was my first ride down the pass to get a coffee in the town down in the valley.
I was really lucky with the nice weather.
The Honda cbr500r was traded for a Yamaha tracer 7 after 60.000 km but I found this footage from some years ago to share with all the cbr500r riders
