I have a 2014 honda cbr500r thats overheating . The fan kicks in , the coolant reservoir is above the line , and it overheats when accelerating and and stay on there after . Am I missing something?

Low fluids and/or air pockets in the cooling system will cause an engine to over-heat. You need to verify the radiator is full and there are no air bubbles in the cooling system. The coolant reservoir can be properly filled.. and the radiator still be low. If the system has air trapped in it, it won't act as a closed system.. it will not circulate properly, and it could over-heat.
