I have just exchanged my 2021 NC750X dct for a new CB500X. It is still being fitted with a few extras by the dealer and should be ready by the weekend, with a bit of luck - can’t wait.

I am making the swap because, after having 3 NC750X dct’s in the past. I was beginning to get fed up with auto gearboxes and fancied a change. After trying a CB 500, I was convinced that it would suit me and my type of riding fine.

I am looking forward to learning from your comments and suggestions and maybe meeting some of you out there on the road.

I've owned a bunch of heavy Hondas, including 2 VTX 1800s, and 2 ST1300s.
I absolutely love the light and nimble 500F I just bought. It really makes riding fun again.

Most of my heavies got around 45mpg. This little guy gets an average of 69mpg and still accelerates pretty hard. Love this bike.
