I'm really wanting to add some hids to my bike but I want to do it the right way with projectors. Lol and obviously nothing is really offered for our bikes that I could find so I was wondering would a projector assembly from a cbr600 fit our bikes? They look awfully similar to me. As always thanks for all yalls helps!

First things first. Check the legality in your country/state.

I'm wondering the same thing! I was also thinking about mounting a small led square off road light too. It might hide nice under the nose then run a switch to turn it on. Kick that on when ur the only one out on a 2 lane road at night. I just wanna be sure it mounts sleek and don't look corny! It might not be able to be done and look good. I know those led off road lights are super bright cause people mount the 12" bars on their trucks. Some mount 2 of the 4" squares instead of fogs too. Something in this ball park. It's 3.5"x 3"

Yea they are legal here I run them in my truck and never had a problem. The fog light idea is kind of interesting but not really what I'm looking for. I want to be able to see better when cars are coming towards me. I really like the idea of projectors because then we can have both bulbs on when we use the low beams and if I used a bixenon bulb I would have 2 high beams also. I'm really hoping a cbr600 projector will fit. Hopefully someone will chime in with a little more knowledge than I.

No doubt! I was just kicking around ideas in my head. I would only do it to my bike if I could find the right size to mount and not really be noticeable. I would only use it for extra light when needed. I'm def going with projected hid once a kit is out! Let me know what u find out with the 600 kit.

Ok man will do! And the fog light idea would be great for those country roses with no other cars!

I am sure you could retrofit a projector into the headlight housing. Contact a projector retrofit specialist.

A mini H1 might work.

I've done it before on other bikes. Labour is usually around 200-500 depending on who you go with.

So you don't think the premade cbr600 projectors will work?
