Re:title, I bought my 2013 CBR500R a few weeks ago, and noticed from the first right hand turn out of the seller's driveway that my hand is completely crushed when attempting to turn right in a tight circle. Left it under a cover in my parking lot while I was sick and couldn't ride; conducted research on these forums while bed-ridden. Just went out to attempt to loosen and readjust the handlebar on that side, but it seems to be keyed and doesn't move very much. He admitted that it had been dropped in his driveway before selling it to me, and resulted in a scuffed bar end and slight scratching on the fairing. Is this a part I can repair/replace myself (without violating my apartment's bylaw on not doing auto work in my parking spot) or do I need to take it to a shop? Thank you all for your help in advance!
