Hello I am replacing the plates For my cb500f ‘22 and I can’t seem to get right side cover back on. I see that it needs to be lined up a certain way to grab onto the center bolt for the plates but I’m having troubles getting it on right and have tension on the clutch lever again. Thank you

I have not removed that cover, but looking at the pictures, it appears that you would need to move the clutch lever on the casing to the fully disengaged position before trying to slide it on, I suspect there is a spring that will move the lever to the fully engaged position, so you will need to manually hold the lever against the force of the spring whilst you slide the cover on. Hope that helps..
