Just wonder, anyone run CB500F with full system but without re-mapping, turn or power commander sort of fuel controller??
bike runs ok??

Not recommended.
The bike will still run, and you might not even notice the difference with the butt dyno. The damage caused will depend on which way the change swings it; if it causes the engine to run too rich or too lean. In either cause it'll be an expensive repair bill in a a few hundred to a few thousand kilometres.

If you're going to release extra ponies, you may as well do it right and ride it with the reins to keep it in check ;)

I have to agree with tothezenith. I frequent several Forums of different manufacturers. I've never read of any rider who was pleased with the results of a full exhaust replacement without the addition of something to control the air/fuel system. These riders normally end up adding an aftermarket free-flow air filter along with the full exhaust to open up both ends of the engine.. adding another reason to get a flash/tune/controller.
