I was in a hurry and connected my battery the wrong way - red cable to minus and black to plus. Bike CB 500 X made an electrical sound while wrongly connected. Now all dead. All the fuses in the two fuse boxes under the seat are ok. Any idea what to do now? Thanks!!

I just did this to my Daytona a week ago. It was a 30 amp fuse that was in a different place than the other fuses in the box.

Probably another fuse in different place.

As Dave suggested, there is a 30amp main fuse that will blow when the battery polarity is reversed.

Follow the red cable from the battery terminal till you locate the main fuse.

The main fuse is under the black side panel on the right side of the bike. There is a spare fuse there.
Thanks to your reply I was able to find the main fuse vicinity. Could you please tell me how to remove the main fuse. I don't want to break anything by forcing what shouldn't be forced.
