So I bought new shorty brake levers from ride it and the brake lever isn’t right. Did they change for 2022? Can’t get a response from them. Their customer service sucks.

I wouldn't think you will get any 2022 on brake levers just yet. It takes a while to get new bike model stuff.

These are cheap China levers that I would not recommend to be used for the most important front brake lever. Lots of documented failures of people using these levers not to mention the sloppy fit and feel. You will be trusting your life to a part that probably cost less than $5 to manufacture. A good set of levers will cost you over $130.00. You do get what you pay for.
