I doubt it. The 2013–15 models had grab handles either side of the pillion seat, and so the racks fitted by simply replacing these.
With the 2016 model Honda got rid of those handles, so the bike no longer has the threads on the frame for those racks to use. Even if they did, the redesign of the pillion seat would probably get in the way of using them anyway.
So now accessories use the pillion pegs as mount point instead, but being much further forward means they need a totally different design.
I am only aware of two options for the bike. SW-Motech make a rack for the 2016–18 models, it is designed to mount a top box plate but as it is a universal design it could be used on its own as a rack on. Not the most attractive rack, but probably the only real option.
Givi (and Kappa) also sell a "rack" for their own boxes, but they are really just a set of arms so need one of their plates fitted to join them. And I do not think it works with a universal plate, which has a flat design that would can be used as a reasonable rack (I had one mounted on the rack of my old 125). The bike specific plates Givi and Kappa say to use are narrower at the end and hollow in the middle, so give less support as a rack.
