Lightbulb 2019 CB500F Givi Hardware

So i just received the Givi PLX1152 and 1152KIT to install on my 2019. I am having an issue where the PLX1152 Brackets are about an inch longer than where the rear foot pegs sit. if the wholes on the 1152Kit were further back it would solve the issue...

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Yes. The Givi USA website is incorrect, grouping the 2019 accessories with the 2016-2018 bikes. I ran into the same issue with the SW-Motech hardware (both the rear carrier mount, and the side case mounts). As you noticed, the distance between the footpegs and the under tail bracket is different. If you look at the Italian version of the Givi website, they list a different rear rack mount number for the 2019 model (1176fz vs 1152fz), so it appears they're working on an updated version, for the new models.

Givi needs to update their USA website, to match what they've got listed, for Europe.

I got the same problem but I adapted the rack by making a hole in each side of the the rack near the tail where the holes don't align.

1-) Attach the rack on the passenger pegs
2-) Now install the black plate on the back of the bike
3-) Install the spacers in between the bike's body and the black plated provided (have someone help you holding it because it is very hard doing alone)
4-) Make a mark where the hold should go
5-) Use a Titanium drill bit to make the hole on the rack the size of the screws provided.

***Notice that the CB500F 2019 model is totally different from all previous years models.
I'll post later some photos of mine bike so you can have a better idea.

Rack attached by 2 screws on the passenger peg and 1 screw in the back for each side.
