purchasing new bike within the week

Hello, I recently just got my motorcycle license and decided to go with a new 2016 Honda CBR 500r (white color, non-ABS) for my first bike. After some back and forth haggling with my local dealership I got what I thought was a pretty good price of $6125 Out the Door plus I also got him to throw in a free helmet. Does this price sound reasonable to you guys? Thank you very much!

Great deal. I paid a little more than that for a 2016 CB500F in January.....and had to buy my own helmet!

I recommend the ABS for most riders.
Be sure to get a helmet that fits.

Ride safely,

First bike ABS would have been a good tool to help you out. Don't fret over not having it, you will in time figure out how to be safe without it.

Congrats on the bike. Sorry its not BLACK but nevermind now, too late.

The white does look nice, in a non black way.

Welcome to the forum. Defo practice heavy braking in different conditions (but not on fast sharp corners....) so unlocking the wheels becomes 2nd nature and you get used to when they do lock up.

Enjoy.
