Honda self-balancing motorcycle at CES 2017

With all the riders aids installed on bikes, it won't be long before the riders input in no longer required.

this has been all over the web. i can't imagine how they get that to work. only thing i can think of is a gyroscopic device inside the bike

i find it cool, that you can go for a walk with your bike ... i just hope, it can be disabled easily, so it doesn't interfere with my attempts not to crash
@1uglybastard well you have all those self balancing segways and whatever, so i guess it's a similar technology, also the front tyre seemed a bit thick and the front wheel was moving to counter the movements of the bike, so i would guess some weight inside connected to a electric motor for balancing the bike

At some point we will see the self driving computer take over thing with it able to predict an accident before it happen. Sounds far fetched but they are already working on such a computer program for cars.
