Thanks folks, I am in the USA and didn't see any ABS anywhere except on the ODO and I can see a ring too, so yes it's an ABS model
1- Do we have anywhere a PDF copy of the service manual? Does anyone has a PDF copy of mileage along with maintenance schedule too?
2-For the turn signal rubber, should I replace the whole unit or can rubber piece be bought separately?
3- Is there any service due at 4,000 miles?
Thanks everyone.
1- The Service Manual is over 1" thick, too unwieldy to use in PDF format. No, known copy exists in electronic form. Link to purchase Service (Workshop) Manual.
2- Link to Parts Catalogue - Section F-35. If it's listed as a separate part number, can be purchased from dealership as that.
3- Link to Owner's Manual that your bike should've already come with, check under the seat.
To check for ABS: At speeds under ~5MPH, the orange "ABS" on the "dash" will be lit.
At higher speeds, it should go out unless there is a problem with the abs system.

Thanks for the tip about ABS, very helpful. I am going to post some pictures today and then seek from you guys to see what is actually broken, to me seems like rubber boot.
@maverickfhs rather than try to assess things just by looking at it, can I suggest actually removing the suspect components for better analysis for need of replacement.
Using that link to the parts catalog I provided before, you'll be able to see how the components piece together and what needs addressing... first thoughts looking at that picture, Just seems that the indicators have not been correctly mounted; a proper inspection is needed.

Do you know how much does it cost to replace the whole left fairing and the scratched plastic part? If it's not too much money maybe I can bite the bullet? I believe one is a middle fairing and plastic scratched part is belly pan or I am wrong? Please feel free to correct me
I am planning to remove all fairings and then take my time going over the bike thoroughly.
Does anyone of you know a DIY for removing all of these fairings without breaking anything? Also, do you guys have any suggestion for a stand? Since, I don't see a place for rear spools( unlike other bikes). Any other cheap alternative, a jack underneath the bike? Thanks
You can get a service manual from Amazon ,I saw two different ones $23.00or $165.00estimate cost.
[ Mathew Coombs Honda CB 500 R,F ,X models 2013-2016 service manual $23.00 on Amazon
That would be close to where the crankcase breather tube would be , the air filter is under the front seat in front of the Battery.
Sorry if this post is out of sequence
Everything that's visibly damaged in the photos can be replaced for less than $100 altogether. You can use paddock stands to get the bike off the ground. Harbor Freight or ebay. Adding your location to your profile info would be helpful.
Now I have few questions again, as I have been going through the bike:
1- Chain was super rusted, I tried to use Kerosene oil/toothbrush and rags for cleaning, am able to remove lots of rust but still some is there. Any other powerful cleaning component or should I just use steel brush?
2-I am able to remove the fairings and I think, I need turn signal, left middle fairing and the cowl. Can anyone please chime in and tell me if I am missing something? Or if they can be fixed instead of me replacing them?
3-Motorcycle flipped over as I was taking it off of rear stand and one bracket was laying underneath it once I lifted it up. Can anyone please help me where this bracket would go? No damage because of frame sliders.
Do NOT use a steel brush. It will chew up the o rings.
I overlube chains as I use ATF (automatic transmission fluid) and wash and lube after every dirt use, or lube every 100-200 miles for pavement use. ATF seems to do a pretty good job of keeping links free but despite having additives to "promote seal life" it isn't a powerful cleaner. I use it because it does not collect dirt and grit like regular oils.
I'm assuming that you're asking about the item in your fourth photo. It looks to me like Part #5 here. If it is, then it's a cover under the rear fender/codpiece.
just get it locally... the bike only takes ~3 quarts so after shipping any cheaper price would not be by much. i use hp4s and get it from partzilla, but i order over $150 worth if stuff to get free shipping.
Actually, I am ordering few other parts and that's why asked since I can easily increase the price on partszilla for Free shipping
So far, I have found them to be cheapest. No local dealer is willing to match their prices.
